Return and Refund Guidelines

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Eligible for Returns/Refunds

  • Flowers that arrive damaged or wilted
  • Incorrect orders (wrong arrangement or delivery address)
  • Non-delivery due to our error
  • Quality issues that don't meet our standards

Not Eligible for Returns/Refunds

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by customer
  • Recipient not available to receive delivery
  • Flowers damaged after delivery
  • Natural aging of flowers after standard vase life

How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue
  3. Include photographs of the arrangement if quality-related
  4. Our customer service team will review your request within 1 business day

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement: We'll create and deliver a new arrangement at no charge
  • Store Credit: Credit for future purchases equal to the original order value
  • Partial Refund: For minor issues that don't warrant full replacement
  • Full Refund: In cases where we cannot fulfill our service promise

Special Event Orders

For weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for full refund
  • Cancellations 3-6 days in advance receive 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 3 days in advance are non-refundable
  • Changes to orders must be communicated at least 48 hours before the event

Delivery Issues

If your flowers were not delivered as scheduled:

  • We will attempt redelivery at no additional charge
  • If redelivery is not possible, we'll offer a full refund or store credit
  • For time-sensitive deliveries (birthdays, anniversaries), we understand the importance and will prioritize resolution

Quality Standards

We maintain high quality standards for all our arrangements:

  • Fresh flowers should last 5-7 days with proper care
  • Arrangements should match the style and value shown on our website
  • Substitutions, when necessary, should be of equal or greater value

If your flowers don't meet these standards, please contact us immediately.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return or refund request:

  • We'll respond within 1 business day
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
